Update

So McKinley is doing great. Just wanted to post an updated picture. We had our two month check up this week. She was 10.25 lbs and was 24 inches long. She was in the 30% for weight and 70% for height. Dr. said that she looked great. She just recently went on Zantac for her reflux and is doing very well with it. This is her cute bathing suit. I think were going to attempt the pool this weekend. I will have to let you know how it goes.

More McKinley

Here are a few pictures from us playing dress up with with McKinley. She also had to wear her I love my Aunt Chelsea, and Uncle Cody shirt. It went well, but she definately got tired of all of it by the end. Overall she is doing great. Sleeping about 4-5 hours at a time during the night, which I hear is pretty good. We go to the doctor next week for her 1 month check up. I bet she has gained at least a pound. Her newborn clothes are fitting much better now.

Meet McKinley

Here she is. Weighing in at 6lbs 10 oz at birth 19 inches long. She is doing great and is precious of course. This is the picture when we got home from the hospital. Dr. says that she looks perfectly healthy. I am doing well just recovering from the c-section is rougher than I thought. But, I am definately glad to have her here and wouldn't change it for anything. I will post more later. Enjoy.

Here is the happy Daddy.

Valentines

Here is a picture of me and Jeremy on Valentines.. Right after I got my gorgeous diamond necklace. Thanks Jeremy! Sorry no belly shots yet.. Not really wanting to see a side view of myself right now. But for the record. I am definately growing.

Nursery under Construction

WOOHOO!! I finally found a dresser that I liked. So I set it up with the changing pad. Man... its wierd. We go the nursery cleaned out and the only things in the room is the bassinet and dresser. Now to start painting and to get the rest of the furniture. Its exciting to start of the nursery but very surreal. The blanket on the bassinet is a blanket that my friend Sunny at work made for me. Its beautiful, Thanks Sunny.
Sorry, picture is sideways, but sure is a lot of stuff already, Thanks to my Mom, Tammy, Becky, Jane, Nanny, and Peggy. McKinley has no chance of not being spoiled first grandchild on both sides, and first great-grandchild on one side...

Circus

These guys below were so talented. They could do unbelievable things. They looked like guys, but by the way they were moving... WHO KNOWS!! If you know what I mean.

Below is the metal cage. Inside was 8 dirtbikes with people riding them. It was definately the coolest of the night.

Jeremy and I had a date night and went to the circus.. Other than all the screaming kids we had a good time

ITS A GIRL!

Thats right guys. We finally found out what Cletus was. Since it is a girl I feel bad for still calling it Cletus, so I have moved over to her real name. Olivia "McKinley" Darnell. We are going to call her McKinley. They ultrasound went well. All of her measurements look good, and she is right on schedule for May 30th. Now to start decorating the "girly" nursery. More on the ultrasound, we spent over an hour trying to determine the sex. She is a real modest girl. I guess she takes after her Momma. We layed in there for 45 minutes and she would not move her foot from in between her legs. So, I went and sat in the other room waiting to see the Dr. and drank a whole Mt. Dew. They recommened this to get her moving. IT WORKED. After drinking the Mt. Dew she was ready to go. It took about 2 minutes after going back in the ultrasound room for her to show her little parts. We are both really excited, and now getting more anxious. As far as I go, I am doing much better. No more sickness and enjoying carrying this little girl FINALLY. Hope you all have a good day. One of these days I will get to posting pictures. Until then... enjoy reading.
